At All Star Access Hire, we would like to assure you that we are still open for business 24/7! As always safety is our number one priority and we are committed to making sure that everyone goes home safely, especially in these unusual times. We would like to assure our valued customers and the industry as a whole, that we are taking extensive actions to look after our people and our customers, whilst continuing to provide the outstanding levels of customer service that you’ve become accustomed to receiving from the All Star team.

As the situation develops with COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we would like to share with you some of the actions we have implemented. We will be providing further updates if and when the situation changes.

Actions we are taking:

We take the health and safety of our customers, employees, suppliers, and the broader community very seriously. We have instituted a range of precautionary measures for additional safety and peace-of-mind, including:

  • Regularly monitoring and then enacting any advice from Government health authorities.
  • Providing our employees with regular communications and updates designed to increase their knowledge and to limit the spread of the virus.
  • Introduced strict social distancing measures in our workshop and office and also having staff work from home where possible.
  • Creating a culture of infection prevention through raised awareness and support around personal hygiene.
  • Providing gloves, sanitiser and anti-bacterial cleaning sprays throughout the business.
  • All of our equipment is cleaned with a hot water and soap pressure washer after every single hire. This has always been standard practice at All Star Access Hire.
  • Each piece of equipment is wiped down with anti-bacterial spray prior to being delivered or collected by our drivers and mechanics. We pay particular attention to high touch areas.
  • We have established contingency plans to maintain service delivery should there be any positive COVID-19 cases in our workplace.
  • All employees have been advised to stay at home and follow their relevant State Government guidelines if they are feeling unwell or suspect that they may have encountered COVID-19 contamination
  • Regular management reviews to assess the situation and react accordingly. The situation is changing daily and we are remaining agile and adapting our procedures as required.
  • Where possible, we have developed a work-from-home protocol for all staff to ensure their wellbeing and continued service to our customers.

We continue to closely monitor all Public Health, Government Advice and other developments so that we can take all necessary actions immediately.
